While we take utmost care in packaging your products to prevent damage during transit, issues may rarely arise. Damaged Items If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with photos and details. After reviewing your claim, if deemed valid, we will assess whether a replacement or partial refund is appropriate, though this is handled case-by-case.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or replacements for: Perishable food items like cookies, snacks, ladoos, etc. Sale items or items purchased during promotions or discounts
